Mock Election

A mock election was organised for students of classes IX and X with a view to apprise them with the whole process of exercising their franchise. Polling booths were installed. Students were made to understand how the voting machine is to be used and how the ink is to be put on the finger. This inspired the students to learn the process of voting.
The mock election was a step towards enlightning the students towards the democratic procedure. Also discussions done on the election system in other countries.
This activity enlightened the boys and girls and made them contemplative. Students can harness their talent if an international platform is developed for their development.
